• Responsible for identifying the configuration changes, ensuring that the Consoles are running properly (mitigating performance issues) and remain properly organized. Assist in planning the upgrade/migration processes, and conducting the upgrade/migrations with the client. • Acting as a single point of contact between the Infrastructure team and the Implementation team to facilitate client upgrades, possible new technology, etc. Responsible for updating the Operations guide to include the new or changed processes for the upgrade or added technology.• Ensures the overall functionality of the Security Suite Based Application specific to the client’s environment. Responsible for insuring that the consoles are running properly • Monitoring McAfee ePO Console for multiple clients on multiple location. • Responsible for providing client’s audit compliance information when requested by the Client / Account.
