In 2013, I got associated with AVASO Technology Solutions in the APAC region. While abiding by AVASO’s vision, we worked beyond boundaries and designation to deliver best possible services and solutions to AVASO’s clients. Our efforts led to the achievement of continuous growth in revenue, additions of new geographies and set of services. Planned and set-up various teams and processes to cater to large scale IT services on the EUC domain. In a highly competitive environment, drove business growth by putting on hats of sales manager and solutions architect. Successfully achieved SLA targets on aggressive break-fix AMCs on enterprise class equipment from various OEMs like Dell, EMC, HP, Cisco and Lenovo.At present AVASO’s managed IT services offers 24×7 remote and onsite support to customers where business is dependent on optimum IT infrastructure management. This includes providing day-to-day system administration, break fix management, disaster recovery planning and implementation, system patches updates, bug fixes, adding a printer and proactive monitoring tasks.

Tata Interactive System’s vision was to enable its clients to address their learning and development need through technology-enabled, futuristic, and highly scalable learning solutions. While managing delivery engagements in 4 states of North India i.e. H.P, J&K, Punjab and Haryana, my job was to deliver as per the company’s values and mission. I worked closely with customers to digitalize current infrastructure of education systems in schools with modern day digital technology and content. Building and maintaining client relationship was also part of my KRA. The positive relations helped the firm to receive timely payments, clear overdues and sell more products. I led teams of on-site and field techs, ensured SLA compliance pertaining to technical issues reported and drove improved CSAT/NPS. To keep my team members updated and motivated, I provided regular on-the job trainings.

At Quark, I started at an executive level, soon received multiple promotions and reached to the level of Lead Quark’s Training Program meant for global employees and clients. During my association, I established standard processes on training requirement analysis and added to that annual training calendar on technical and product trainings. Furthermore, I worked closely with functional head, PMO and HR to organize and deliver trainings on new products and technologies.

Post completing graduation, I joined Excel Callnet - new generation, internet based, outsourced processing company. Here I went through intensive customer service training and global cultural awareness program to understand and hence connect better with the customers. My continuous efforts and work led to receive several appreciation and recognition from the management.
