* Expertise in overall project management- Team management, scope management, project planning, estimation, technical evaluation, development & implementation.* Proactively identifies potential delivery issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact.* Adroit at executing International & domestic projects from requirement gathering phase to post production operational support, involving UATs & operational activities.* Knowledge of working closely with Jira or any other project management software.* Ability to successfully run multiple projects concurrently.* Experience in managing Java-based implementation projects.* Lead the developers and testers to deliver high-quality code and leverage best practices for code development.* Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.* Working knowledge/understanding of Java / J2EE / Hibernate/Struts / Kafka, Quartz, SSIS, SQL, RESTful/SOAP APIs, and other Open-Source technologies.* Maintain project repository and ensure availability of all project documentation such as Project Plans, Resource planning overview, project risk log, weekly reports & issue trackers.* Handling products/tools responsible for end customer communication at banking, insurance & telecom domains.* Result oriented whilst ensuring high quality of work and ability to acquire and apply new skills.
