Password Resets for SAP Logon 720, Sym-PLE, One World, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Lotus notes. Installing software and providing Admin Rights to the user’s computers. Create tickets in Remedy V3 and V2. Create and Send severity level e-mail notifications globally. Working on E-mails with the SLA of one hour. Queue monitoring to make sure no ticket misses SLA.

To manage the parties and events in the hotel banquette hall and outside hotel as well.Taking care of the quality and quantity of material provided in the party should met as per the expectations and the requirement of the party owner.

Reset password via.
