Developing data base for doing vibration analysis in AMS Software by considering different parameters like RPM, KW, HP etc. Routine vibration data collection of all rotating equipment depending upon the condition monitoring schedule for more than 900 equipment’s at various areas of Madden aluminum plant. Collecting vibration data for crucial equipment of the plant such as ball mill, crusher blowers, gearbox, compressor, conveyors and etc.Analyzing the machine data obtained from the software and generating suitable solution by conducting vibration and phase analysis. Identifying critical problems with help of time wave and phase analysis, Carrying out natural frequency, Run-up Coast down and bump test for identifying resonance problems. Monitoring machines vibration and analyzing the machine condition using spectrum and phase analysis.Preparing the report and recommendation for all vibration data equipment by analyzing and observing the field condition of every machine. Maintaining the history and trends of all normal and super critical equipment’s Attending the call out jobs for emergency equipment.ULTRASOUND: Carrying out ultra sound analysis using ULTRA PROBE 15000MPH for different machines like motors, compressors, pumps etc and identifying bearing related problems, noise related issues, leakages to resolve them.THERMOGRAPHY: Carry out hermography inspection in mechanical sector and practical with Flir T640 instrument analyzed crucibles and mechanical machines.
