A loss making business was transformed into a business with scale and profitability Instrumental in leading my team to record Sales force productivities which in turn played a pivotal role in Tata AIA moving from rank #5 to rank #3 amongst all private life insurance companies in India. Have led large Direct Sales teams to success across 2 organizations: ICICI Pru Life and Reliance Nippon Life. Topline managed was in excess of 400+ crores. On 2 occasions, successfully led the business foray in the GCC market with the successful launch of the representative office in Dubai. This built a 100+ Crore Life Insurance business from scratch, with an exclusive focus on NRI customersAt L&T Finance, was instrumental in growing the micro loans portfolio from 350 crores per month to 1000+ crores in a record time of 18 months.
