Key Responsibilities:Coordinate academic programs and activities, including course scheduling, registration, and curriculum development, in collaboration with department heads and faculty members.Manage student records and academic databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.Provide administrative support to faculty members, including assisting with course materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating academic events.Serve as a point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding academic inquiries, program requirements, and related matters.Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of faculty members, including coordinating interviews, processing paperwork, and facilitating orientation sessions.Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions, financial aid, and student services, to ensure seamless coordination of academic and administrative processes.Prepare and distribute academic reports, documents, and communications as needed, including course schedules, grade reports, and academic policies.Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and special projects as assigned by the Academic Operations Manager or department leadership.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to academic operations and implement necessary updates and improvements.
