He is an experienced Software Quality and Agile Engineering Management professional with expertise in delivering high impact projects for customers across different technologies and functional domains. He has a very strong expertise in software testing and have architected high performant functional automation and performance test frameworks for various business domains. He has also performed various roles such as Iteration Manager, Scrum Master and Engineering Manager ensuring delivery assurance. He has also played Agile coaching roles working and enabling client delivery teams on Agile and XP practices.​Ramesh is passionate about Agile Software methodologies and a strong advocate of cross team collaboration and believes it to be a key contributor for the overall software delivery. He has spoken at several conferences on Agile software delivery.
