Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and otherprocesses Resolve Desktop/Laptop application & OS related issue.Close of all Request Center tickets/calls with in SLA Closure time.
