My primary responsibilities are Facilitation, Definition and Audits based on QMS and SEPG activities. Having wide experience in engaging with consulting firms as a part of CMMI assessment and ISO certification audits. Hands on exposure to CMMI SVC model and played role of Functional Area Representative (FAR) during CMMI SVC ML3 & CMMI DEV ML3 assessment and also experience in ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000:2011 as well.Certified in ITIL foundation course, Global Software Quality Analyst (GSQA) , Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Indian Statistical Institution (Chennai) and Certified Scrum Master at GoodAgile (Bangalore)

Played of role of Trainer cum Consultant for the CMMI model and ISO 9001 standard implementation for government and private entities. Helped them achieve the certification and pass through the Implementation Review (IR) audits smoothly and seamlessly.

Worked as Medical Representative / Area Sales Manager. Held responsible for customer relationship management and new business.
