Current• Worked as Sr. technical Recruiter • Most of the positions worked on Niche Skills and try to get profile for that position through Job Diva, Internet research, job boards, internal database, cold calling, social media networking (LinkedIn) and employee referrals• Understanding the job requirements from clients and form keywords to pull exact resumes from job portals and JOB DIVA.• Worked with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients• Was given a chance to train by sub-ordinates about the US Staffing• Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Open positions• Closely Work with Team Leads and Delivery Managers to identify the right Candidates• Screen and Interview all potential Candidates• Negotiating with candidates to get the candidates at best possible rates• Innovate to create and sustain newer sourcing channels, as well as develop Social Media as a sourcing channel.• Submit Shortlisted candidates to the Leads• Follow up with Team Lead & Account Lead till closure.• Expertise in dealing with US Citizens, Green card holders, H1B’s, EAD’s and TN Visa holders.• Have great knowledge on tax terms such as W2, 1099 and Corp to corp.
