Current• Steer key retainer & project-based accounts on the creative and strategic aspects. • Handle accounts with varied media spends. • Develop high-impact projects ranging from multimedia campaigns to digital films. • Churn integrated campaigns across Press, Radio, OOH and digital media. • Cement agency-client relationship by producing creative work based on powerful insights • Plan annual marcom calendars in line with the brand goals and budgets. • Ace new business wins by leading the team for a successful pitch. • Engage with the Founders/C-suite over insightful discussions and debates. • Coach and mentor teams of writers, designers, art directors and account managers. • Enable team towards competency to preserve branding standards for the key accounts. • Orchestrate shoots with a reliable network of photographers, cameramen, and video editors. • Liaise with Publications/Radio Stations to help clients leverage the media spends.
