• I managed 4 separate teams (up to 35 employees total) driving projects for a leading derivative trading firm. My role included contract negotiations with vendors, training on new technologies, and ensuring compliance.
• Built Enterprise Middle and Back office applications to maintain Accounts and Parties reference data using Microsoft Workflow Foundation (WWF) with proper governance to maintain data integrity and reduce maintenance.
• Systems include Haircuts, Marks (corrections) and Core Capital and DSS and BI tools using QlikView for reference data and Profit and Loss.
• Built and maintained after the trade systems to process trades for clearing, maintain reference data, process allocations to customers using Omgeo OASYS.
• Built and maintained systems like Mixed Straddle and State Tax (Tax department), Payment for Order Flow (operations), Class actions (operations) and Equity Finance (Stock Loan).

I designed and developed web application for a company that connected community leaders across more than a 100 global industries. The major highlight of this role was building B2B web services offerings that enabled buyers to choose from multiple bids while sellers increased sales by 600%.
