Configuration options are included in most of the all systems and subsystems.Involved in the Preparation of configuration option Matrix which will be enable the modules to respective vehicles.Check the design feasibility based on the configuration Option chart and provide feedback.Delivered the modular concept packaging for Drive train, Fuel systems (Diesel & CNG), Air brake actuation system, spare wheel carrier for bus programs.Axle load calculation for all the variants and packaging modification of aggregates to optimize on axle load calculation.Finalize the Packaging concept based on Engineering Review feedback and share the DMU to Cluster team.Provide input data sheet and the load values to the cluster team.Tracking the issues and highlight for the timeline and severity.Coordinate with aggregate team to implement the modular concept to release.Involved in Selection of Drive train system - Clutch, Gear box, Propeller shaft and Rear axle based on EAE prediction and CFT feedback to meet the marketing requirement.
