 Creation and Maintenance of the client’s static data and foreign currency settlement instructions in Wall Street System (WSS) for direct and indirect foreign exchange trading clients as well as other database management projects and initiatives. Account creation for various request types such as Custody funds and corresponding Parent setups, Third party, Investment Manager, Prime broker, Back to Back accounts (BTB), Nostro accounts and Munich region accounts. Daily tasks associated with engage and communicate with SSGM FX Client Onboarding teams, Investigations and Global Cash Services, Trading & Middle Office units, SSGM Operations, External clients, SSBT Systems and IT professionals, SSGM Vendors. Monitor FX Trading repair queues, research and resolve issues with foreign exchange transactions as identified by various stakeholders. Maintenance of foreign currency demand deposit accounts (DDA's), NAV setting, No debits allowed (NDA), DDA closures on the IBS system for internal clients. Monitor the ALERT system and FXALL system and determine the impact, if any, to the settlement instructions to the third-party banking customers. Maintain various MS Access databases in support of daily foreign exchange trading operations.  Maintain payment instructions on the Collateral System for all of State Street's client accounts. Act as a liaison between the custody fund groups, the client service operation teams, SSGM clients and various SSGM internal teams. Tracking dormant funds and action on the account closures for Custody funds and third-party accounts. Update and maintain non-client related static data in foreign exchange applications and systems.

Roles: New account creation and setup of Cash and Stock Standard Settlement Instructions to facilitate trades for Fixed Income (Corporate bond, government bond & Gilts), Equities, derivatives, FX and Collateral trade based on the instruction received from clients. New Bloomberg Account creation and maintenance based on the request received from MO. Perform callback with external clients across global to authenticate cash SSI before setup and release payment through related live applications. Setup cash SSI’s using various formats such as TARGET2, PAIROFF and SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202 and MT103/202 cover payments) for treasury, collateral FX and derivatives product in GBS live application. Pick up SSIs from OMGEO and updating in the system and creation of major stock SSI’s like Euroclear, Clearstream, DTC, Fedwire and CREST. Updating SSIs for gross netting and ad-hoc trades. Setting up cash SSIs for all currency’s payment to both external and internal counterparties, major currencies are EUR, GBP, USD and JPY.Responsibilities: Dealing with urgent queries from stakeholders for various products and keen to attend hotline calls and manage escalation emails efficiently to ensure good client service. Verifying the SSI’s created and to confirm the same to liable parties before the fund releasing date. Resolve client’s trade related query using trade/ticket reference to clear the trade exceptions. Following a disciplined Maker & Checker policy. Maintaining SLA trackers and closely monitoring if all SLA’s are met on time and sending out the reports in timely manner.
