Take care of total Inventory, Inbound and out Bound Transportation operations checking and adhering to FIFO, FEFO stocking namsAnalyzing of slow / Non moving Inventory and take appropriate actions to liquidate the same in consulations with the stock Holders maintained Dash Board KPI parameters in GREEN as per Company Norms.

Take care for Warehouse shift operations Ensure Inventory accuracy in the Warehouse by Counting Regular CyCle count or Buy Taking perpetual Stock Verification Shrinkage or Pilferage report Analyzing and briefing with all staff for controlling. Materials Transfers to site as per Schedules and arrange proper stock transfers note along with Ewaybils.Maintaining Good Housekeeping as per Company checklist
