Key responsibilities include talent pipeline management and employee development. Set up near-shore delivery centers in Reading, UK and Stockholm, Sweden.

Part of the then Telecom Service Provider Vertical, appointed as program leader to defend the bid and execute £44M TCV contract. This bid was won against Accenture. Responsibilities include program delivery quality, timeline, cost, process and relationship.
