Experience in building products from ground up in a start-up like environment -- Drove the Microsoft SharedView, an internet collaboration application for screen sharing, group chats and sharing documents with multiple people in real time. -- Worked on market analysis, focus groups, UX design, security, compliance, branding, release, localization, marketing, roll out. Reduced the cost of running O365 Skype for Business online service -- Drove to reduce the Active Directory footprint by 40% so that more users can be served by a single Skype for Business deployment/Forest. Improved the reliability & scalability of O365 Skype for Business Service -- Rapidly delivered the Azure based People Search service with high availability, scalability to support people search of millions of Skype for Business online users. -- Drove the Skype for Business compliance to deliver Exchange based Instant messaging and meeting archiving which increased adoption by financial institutions
