Production Manager
CurrentProduction in charge, to plan, organise, direct and run day-to-day production operation to the optimum.Preparing plan, schedule and allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal production rate to meet customers order before the scheduled deadline.Responsible for day-to-day production output, product quality standards and on time delivery.To serve as a role model in the areas of safety, environmental stewardship, leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and critical success factors.Provide weekly and monthly reports on achievements of Production and Delivery.Coordinating with project team, draftsman, quality control personnel, plant production and erection workers on project details, scheduling, and problem resolution.Facilitate research & development for new product developmentAssisting to develop strategies and objectives for sales, pricing and profitability
