In my roles as a Certified Life & Career Coach, Associate Senior Practicing Employability Coach and Skills Ambassador, I arrange to develop people with connectedness, empathy and harmony. By helping people to identify their unique talents and turn them into strengths, they can then develop, grow and achieve satisfaction, fulfilment and ultimately success.Using a transformative coaching process that co-creates personal and professional awareness, discovery and continual growth, I partner and walk with my clients in fulfilling their goals. And I do it with my warm compassionate coaching style. It is my firm belief that being your best self means playing to your strengths at work and everywhere else. This is how we can transform our great potential into even greater performance. Backing me is my extensive senior corporate management experience in business development, entrepreneurship and international marketing across multiple industries ranging from electronics, engineering, manufacturing, construction, IT, aerospace, hospitality and learning & development.Having successfully coached more than 700 diverse clients, I have belief and faith in the importance, value and potential of every individual. This has given me the opportunity to coach, mentor and train at various levels. From volunteering with prison inmates to develop their character building, employability and communication skills to heading professional organizations such as the Marketing Institute of Singapore & Training Centre as its CEO/Executive Director.It gives me immense satisfaction and fulfilment to help people get clarity of an inner vision of what is important in life, the joy in doing something worthwhile, the curiosity in learning and the pursuit of goals with energy and persistence.I am a lifelong learner who lives and breathes the saying that we RISE by UPLIFTING others.
