Working since 1997, the company services Fortune 1000 companies and houses nearly 650 contractors on its payroll for major product development clients in the US. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Complete responsibility of India Staffing services, servicing top clients from US and India. 2. Key Accounts management and client transition from the US to India 3. Recruitment Delivery Functions for Major IT and across levels in India 4. Streamlining the internal recruitment process and hiring quality manpower to increase the effectiveness of the vertical and efficiency of the branch. 5. Constant client servicing and ensuring high standards of delivery being executed by service teams and implementation of improvement feedback received from clients 6. Growing company's business in multi fold in India and ensuring all key reporting and matrices are maintained within the reach of the core management. 7. Full responsibility of P&L and also ensuring employee engagement. 8. Employee retention, training and capability development with skill building.

Roles and Responsibilities:1 Maintaining strong relations with existing clients and acquired clients on a day to day basis and ensuring demands are met on time in terms of delivery and client satisfaction.2 Minting existing accounts to create business pipeline in terms of demands and ensuring business availability at all times.3 Organizing promotional programmes like spot hunting, head hunting activities to create a constant pool of database ensuring non dependability on standard portals and candidate resources.4 Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with team members to ensure business productivity.5 Identification of training programs for team members to keep them updated with the current industry updates and also up skill them with latest trends of the recruitment industry.6 Conducting sales training for all executives across branches to increase the sales potential in the company.7 Designing and implementing competent strategies for exploring potential business avenues, developing existing business and meeting pre-determined sales targets.

Job Profile:1. Handled the US recruitment operations and India recruitment operations2. Work closely with BDM's, Recruitment teams, Sales teams and Hiring Managers in strategizing effective hiring plans3. Define Service-Level Agreements based on the skills and business urgency4. Resource forecast and strategic planning on the recruitment/sales needs5. Hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring, requirement balancing to ensure month over month gross margin growth, monitoring of submittal volume and quality of recruiters on the team6. Implement timely and accurate HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, succession planning, grievance handling7. Identifying opportunities for recruiting process/policy/procedure improvement and leads development8. Identifying operational weaknesses, communicates to the team and/or management, and make changes to tighten controls, enhance quality work product, and mitigate risk.

Job Profile:1. Responsible for performance of entry level employees of our clients 2. Maintaining client relations and scheduling training in different areas. 3. Conducting Pre process Trainings and ensuring the hired employees are ready to start operations at stipulated time in respect to soft skills and communication skills.4. Conducting OJT (On Job Trainings) to correct and improve agents on floor. 5. Conducting refresher training for Employees whose performances need improvement. 6. Conducting Seminars in colleges for enrollment of GNIIT Program
