Senior Manager, Data Engineering
Current• Architected and managed development of several Enterprise Data Warehouse and data marts.• Coordinate with DEV (ETL and Visualization tools), Product, QA, Data Modeler and Architect teams to ensure Smooth migration of new Business applications and enhancements of existing Business applications from DEV to QA to Production.• Accountable and responsible for resource planning, hiring right resources and building high performing teams across geographies, forecasting and managing multi million budget across platform engineering teams.• Responsible for planning, enabling, and delivering business solutions in the Cloud and on-Prem, using Agile Framework by incorporating DevOps & DevSecOps principles.• Responsible in building ETL/ELT's to build data marts using by following data model principles for data visualization through canned reports, dashboards and to perform self-service analytics.• Worked with wide range of Enterprise datasets like contact center data streams, streaming, royalties, customer experience (NBA, PEGA, Incident/Case Management), customer survey, Workforce Management, Fleet, Subscription, Supply Chain and Master Data Management
