Handling Special Project :-• CAF and Documentation compliance validation to be done for the RDEL activated during the extension period of agreement (FY 2007-08 to FY 2009-10).• Subsidy claim validation for the extension agreement period i.e. SDCA wise RDEL base mapping with subsidy claimed by TTL.• Customer Usage & recharge mapping with RDEL base.• To establish the compliance level achievement basis the customer documentation and subsidy claimed by TTL. • Managing the team 1260 Agency Executives who are responsible for Retrieval, Scanning, Indexing and Audit of all RDEL CAFs and Documents.

Rollout:-• Supervision of construction of OSP Network which includes laying of Backbone, Backhaul Rings, Fiber Blowing,.• Liasioning with Govt. Officials, Customers and Contractors to ensure smooth functioning of Projects• Focus on inventory reduction also brings major challenge in rollout. With lower inventory level there is fear of stock out condition. To maintain a balance, meticulous rollout planning & periodic review of progress vs. inventory level is done.• Assuring material issuance and delivery• LOI monitoring and control on slippage and Risk Management and Risk mitigation• Timely escalation and issue resolution to ensure projects in time• Ensuring no deviations in scope of work and thus control on time & QualityOSP:-• Managing Installation of WLN, WLL and Cor-DECT Phones.• Keep up Quality of Installed Phones is the major task to give the best services to the customers• Installation and Testing of ISDN and leased Lines with coordination of Data Team• To provide the training company Technicians and LSA technician.• Most advantageous material utilization, avoiding wastage.Operation & Maintenance:-• Installation and Maintenance of BTS (LUCENT Technology), DIU & BSD (Midas).• Power Calibration, Optimization & RF Survey of BTS Sites.• RF survey & Optimization of signal strength of DIU.
