KEY RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLE* Responsible for factory machinery,all utility equipment's and office area electrical issues,* Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance and periodic checking of all machines.* Able to guide the team to rectify the problems with lowest down time.* Participation in project as a team member for installs new machines.* Maintaining TS16949 Documentation related to MAINTENANCE on Daily Basis.* Co-ordinator with spare parts material supplier and workshop tool room for machining work,* Responsible for Breakdown trouble shooting and preventive maintenance for machines like,1) Wire Drawing line :- (wire pointing unit,wire Straightening machine, wire Shot-blasting machine, Wire drawing block unit,Circograph-CI unit, Eddy current testing unit )2) Induction Tempered Wire Line :- (wire Straightening-Pinch roller unit, Harding and Tempering unit, wire crack testing RO-20 with Defectomats unit, wire spooler unit )
