• Design, develop, integrate third party components, test, install and support programs/systems.• Analyse detailed system factors: input/output requirements, information flow, hardware/software requirements, kernel settings, etc …• Evaluate and recommend technical feasibility of the proposed solutions.• Participate in the definition, implementation and integration of software components in collaboration with third party software providers.• Provide technical assistance to colleagues and assist in resolving problems reported by other colleagues.• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures as well as prepare and give presentations to customers on systems.• Support the delivered software and being part of a 'Center of Expertise' problem solving team.

• Improved the efficiency on the High Commission by incorporating IT enabled services. This includes website maintenance, enabling online registration of Kenyan citizens entering Malaysia available through the High Commission’s website and also developing .NET desktop applications that can be used by the High Commission staff to electronically store records of Kenyans in Malaysia and other Nationals applying for Visa to Kenya through the High Commission.• Designed and created the first E-book for Kenya High Commission in Kuala Lumpur show casing the High Commissions activities.

• Made an enhancement to an automated system that uses the GSM modem to call cell phone numbers and detect whether the numbers are active or inactive. Enhancement was made to improve the software’s efficiency and accuracy.• Participated in the implementation of several key platform services such as user account management,user feedback and ratings. Each service is a multi-tiered system consisting of a database component, server application and several client APIs.
