- Prepare teaching and course materials.- Conduct presentations and webinars.- Design course materials and documents such as handouts, manuals, and exercises.- Plan and direct electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aidedinstructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops.- Assessing the training, individual/group training needs.- Spending contact time with students on an individual or group basis.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes in relation to clienttimescales and expected outcomes.- Giving feedback to learners and management.

- Design, build, and maintain small and medium networks.- Build computers, workstations, and servers.- Provide remote support to customers.- Build surveillance and attendance systems.- Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs peripheral equipment.

- Handle all customers’ inquiries completely and accurately from the United Arab Emirates.- Resolve customer complaints and problems to meet customer satisfaction.- Provide support regarding technical issues, billing, and general inquiries about Etisalat services.- Solve any problems that face the customers in two languages, Arabic and English.- Participate in team training/meetings to ensure that knowledge is up to date.
