I’ve worked with RRI as an administrator and a facilitator in team-building courses with leading companies like Egyptian Drilling Company, Ericsson, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Pirelli, and many other companies.

I practiced auditing over companies and learned how to do a business tax record for annual tax examination.

I was a team manager for a newly launched campaign in the contact center where I had the job of supervising, leading, and coaching the team members to help them hit the target.

I started working as a sales consultant in US Directory which is an online advertising project in Global Contact Center as an opener, where I talk to the customers about product features and benefits but I had to transfer the call to a closer when it comes to product pricing and billing information. I’ve been promoted to be an opener closer where I started to close deals to myself. And after a week of the promotion I started closing deals to all agents.

I'm an opener. I have to call business owners, market my product of Google ad-wards on the smart phones and tablets, and gain the customers' interest to transfer them to the closer which close the deal and sell the product.
