• Management, Maintenance, and Development of the group’s telecommunications infrastructure, in order to guarantee continuity of the services offered on the network. • Management, Maintenance, and Development of the group’s IP and PSTN Telephony infrastructure, in order to guarantee and maximize internal and external communication.• Monitoring of all telecommunication, telephony, and security platforms to ensure their high availability and efficiency.• Management, Maintenance, and Development of the group’s IT Security infrastructure to protect all inbound and outbound information.

• Management and programming of systems department staff activities.• Management and programming of technical department staff activities.• Control and management of the department’s vehicle fleet (15 vehicles)• Expansion project implementation increasing lottery terminals form 640 to 1500 nationwide (Including opening in new cities).• Service providers contract negotiation for expansion project.• Elaboration and management of the department’s annual budget.
