Redraw detailed drawings for implementation on site. Manage furniture, Chandelier, Curtains and Hardware tenders, procurement, till executions. In charge for Site Inspections approvals,executed shop drawings adjustments, and materials requests inspections during all design construction stage.  Resolve any upcoming detailing issue on executed shop drawings or on site if urgent. Carry out the DE-snagging process after Customer Home Orientation and issue 'Handover Certificates' to confirm that customer snags are attended and properties are ready for beneficial occupancy.  Meet up with clients to find out what he or she wants and needs, how the space will be used and what his or her budget is.  Come up with a design plan, usually using computer-aided-design (CAD), and a budget estimate.  Supervise the project to make sure it is done correctly and according to the timeline.  Follow up with the client upon the project's completion to make sure he or she is satisfied, and if not, making any necessary corrections.
