- Managing the Quality Control of the architectural items for the In-house Projects & the Maintenance tasks.- Managing the tender process and conduct technical and commercial evolutions- Identifying the best construction implementation method including solutions and materials.- Developing the scope of service/work required delivering the required facilities and site adaptation works.- Representing the committee in engineering and coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers to facilitate the construction progress and solve any conflicts.- Monitoring and reviewing the venue maintenance progress and preparing necessary reports.- Prepare shop drawings and details for (stone cladding , flooring, skirting , wooden works and all other items) and all architectural designs- Provide technical support and consultation for the maintenance team to help taking decisions and solve problems.- Coordinate between electro/mechanical, structural and architectural disciplines.- Prepare design change notifications for building interior and exterior modifications.- Supervising all maintenance activities and prepare closing work orders- all architectural shop drawing work and designs- Executing shop drawings and fixation details and insure performance- Supervising the work of the other brands. - Civil drawings prepared by the structural designer- Electrical drawings prepared by the electrical designer- MEP drawings prepared by the MEP designer
