Managed a group of 3 consultants and 2 HGS employees during the development of HGS’ electronic content management system involving a one-year software development lifecycle.Created a competitive intelligence system to help HGS’ Legal Department identify potential patent infringement and interferences.Designed and developed HGS’ high throughput BLAST analysis system resulting in an increase in output from 25,000 to over 150,000 searchable results/month.
