Major Areas of Responsibility: - Implementation Setup Support QRF’s Research and Program Development department in the process ofcreating and designing programs. Contribute to developing and creating project documents; project charter, work plan, budgetand other related documents for the implementation activities and timelines based onactivities outlined in Program Notes, including assigning responsibilities, outliningpotential risks and mitigations, as well as ensuring that feedback from relevantstakeholders is incorporated. Contribute to the development of funding plans for each project in partnership withQRF’s fundraising team. Support in the development of monitoring plan in partnership with QRF’s Monitoringand Impact Evaluation team, including identifying relevant data to be collected anddeveloping data.- Implementation Execution Partake in program implementation, including collecting data, regular reporting to theproject manager, resolving any incidents that might occur, and coordinating with partnersand stakeholders. Manage relationships at an operational level with beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders.-Reporting Ensure the documentation of lessons learned fromthe field to inform future programs. Work with QRF’s Research and Program Development department to conduct regularfocus groups with stakeholders to provide insight on program development andexecution.

Responsibility includes but is not limited to the following:• Play a prominent coordination between the JEI and Madrasati initiative as well as JEI stakeholders in implementing JEI model in public schools over Jordanian governorates.• Schools' assessment, orientation sessions and conduct training for teachers on different technologies and other professional development training. • Assess, coordinate and QA of implementation of required civil work as a committee member. • Manage, assess, design, coordinate and follow up on technology infrastructure implementation (wireless network, IWB, computer lab and In-Class Room technology).• Technical support and installation for educational tools and programs.• Following up on professional development program implemented at schools include lessons observation.• Maintain documents, records, files and reports related to implementation work and updates them continually.• Manage the monitoring tools and assure timely implementation of the JEI model's activities.• Provide project required information, documents, statistics and any other requirements

As a result, we get the "Best project idea implementation prize" at the "National Technology Parade 2008" organized by University of Jordan for our project “Arabic child website”.
