    In February 2016, Levant7/Sayara International launched a project entitled “ISNAD” that aimed to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable Lebanese communities against drivers of violence and instability. Subsequently, the project connected these groups by creating standing coalitions comprised of youth, CSO leaders, and municipal officials. Each coalition designed and executed an action plan that directly addressed the identified drivers of instability and to create safer communities.
