Rescue Me, established in 2012, boasts extensive expertise in conducting research and im-plementing social interventions with violent criminals and extremists in Romyieh prisons Block B/D. Furthermore, Rescue Me continues to focus on addressing gangs, high-risk neighborhoods, and communities to this day. The organization is actively engaged in pro-jects aimed at Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) and Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE). These initiatives encompass various interventions such as psycho-social support, online safety training, social media counter messaging, and vocational training. Through these comprehensive efforts, Rescue Me has successfully empowered at-risk youth, enabling them to enter the workforce and maintain long-term employment.

Part time University Lecturer, 2012-2016.- “Project Cycle Management and Strategic Planning Course” for the 3rd year Medico-Social Class in the Lebanese University, Ain & Zein, Chouf, Lebanon, 2012-2013.- Several Lectures related to “Communication Tools & Radios, Mine explosives & weapons, Personal Protective Equipments, Security and Emergency Management Practical Modules” with Consultancy for Research and Development (CRD), a Lebanese NGO conducting the “Emergency Management Seminar” as a modified replication of the Humanitarian Action in Crises course developed by the World Health Organization and adopted by the United Nations back in 2008 which held in collaboration with the Lebanese Ministry of Health, the Lebanese Army and the Lebanese Red Cross and in close partnership with the World Health Organization for students of three universities alternate in giving the academic platform to the course namely La Sagesse University, the Lebanese University and Notre Dame University (NDU) during 2013 and 2016.

Technical support for Municipal Members and employees, Municipal Development Committees and Local Stake holders on Financial, Managerial and Procurement procedures through training workshops implemented by Nahnoo Organization/Mercy Corps in addition to follow up meetings that built up the capacities of the project's targeted beneficiaries in the frame work of "Supporting Municipalities and Local Communities in Bekaa".

Technical Assistance for the Provision of Financial Management and Narrative Reporting Capacity Building for 13 Grantees (national and international) with their co-applicants in the Framework of AFKAR III Program-Office of the Minster of State for Administrative Reform-Funded by the European Union.

In February 2016, Levant7/Sayara International launched a project entitled “ISNAD” that aimed to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable Lebanese communities against drivers of violence and instability. The program worked to strengthen the capacity of strategically identified Civil Society Organizations (CSO) and youth groups to both identify and respond to local drivers of instability and violence in the North and Bekaa regions. Throughout the program, youth groups worked collaboratively with CSO partners and conducted civic engagement activities that targeted the identified drivers. The CSOs received training s on how to identify gaps in linkages and communication between local communities, CSOs, and municipal governments. Subsequently, the project connected these groups by creating standing coalitions comprised of youth, CSO leaders, and municipal officials. Each coalition designed and executed an action plan that directly addressed the identified drivers of instability and to create safer communities.

Advocacy & Youth Engagement Consultant (Curriculum Development and the Lead Trainer in Community Needs Assessment, Project Cycle Management, Fundraising, Budgeting, Corporate Social Responsibility, Advocacy & Campaigning), for 3 youth groups aged 18 - 26 years within 3 municipalities (Chiyah, Jdeideh-Bouchrieh-Sed and Sin El Fil) to play an active role in the development process in their communities.

1- Interns Support Manger for the Project "Income Generation Through ICT for Development" (IG/ICT4D) program launched in October 2008, sponsored by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) according to its reconstruction priorities in the area of socio-economic development in Lebanon.The IG/ICT4D program, in partnership with the YMCA Lebanon, a 2 years national program and was implemented in 8 communities. DOT trained 32 Interns who in turn impacted approximately 1,200-1,500 community participants in these communities.2-Business Development Officer for the "Connected Communities Business Initiative" CCBI Project which consists of 8 civil companies managing the 8 youth community centers in 8 different regions distributed in different provinces in Lebanon to provide services like Social, Business Consultations and Certified ICT trainings funded by Partnership for Lebanon (CISCO, MICROSOFT, INTEL, Ghafari Group & Occidental Petroleum).

The World Alliance of YMCAs, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, is an international federation comprising National Councils of YMCAs from across the globe.The YMCA, founded in 1844, is one of the world's oldest and largest youth movements. Operating in 119 countries and reaching a staggering 58 million individuals, the YMCA is committed to promoting social justice and peace among young people and their communities, irrespective of religion, race, gender, or culture.To enhance youth empowerment and drive global initiatives, the World Alliance of YMCAs established a highly skilled Global Youth Empowerment Advisory Group. This group consisted of 13 consultants, with two each from the USA, Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean, Asia & the Pacific, Europe, and Africa, and one from the Middle East.During my tenure as the representative of the YMCA Middle East youth from 2011 to 2012, my focus was on establishing a task force dedicated to global youth empowerment within the World Alliance of YMCA. I undertook various responsibilities, including research, strategic planning, resource mobilization, program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, collaboration building, and advocacy for youth empowerment policies. Working alongside committed individuals and organizations, our collective aim was to create positive transformations, provide opportunities, and amplify the voices of young people on a global scale.

1-Managed national projects related to youth and women in the field of Entrepreneurship, Business Development, Job creation and Micro-Finance in addition to assisting the Programs Director in the coordination of several sustainable development projects funded by UN Agencies, USAID, EU and other international donors. 2- Lead Child Protection programs (Child Labor Issues, Child Friendly Cities, Online Safety, Social and Financial Education, Child Rights, Child Participation, ...)3- Financial & Administrative management of several emergency and sustainable development projects with international donors.

In Beirut, I served as a Micro Finance Institutions (MFI's) Consultant for the International Labour Organization (ILO), Regional Office for Arab States. During my mission, which took place between September and October 2012, I conducted a capacity assessment report in collaboration with the ILO. The report included field visits to various NGOs and MFIs, aiming to achieve the project's main objectives. The primary goals of the project were to enhance the environment for equitable job creation and improve decent work conditions for women entrepreneurs in the Palestinian camps of Nahr el Bared and Ain el Helwe in Lebanon. Additionally, the project aimed to promote sustainable economic growth, expand the number of beneficiaries, and benefit the wider community through the "Palestinian Women's Economic Empowerment Project." Furthermore, it sought to have a positive impact by supporting the establishment and strengthening of business groups, encouraging cooperation, and facilitating the pooling of resources.My role during this six-day paid contract was to conduct the necessary assessments, gather information, and provide recommendations based on the field visits.
