Managing the complete supply chain cycle, sourcing, procurement, contracts, material requirement planning, master production scheduling, logistics, export, local supply, inventory management, supply & demand and warehousing. Ensuring the achievement of the supply chain country objectives, optimize customer service, increase the cash flow by optimizing the stocks, ensure the alignment with the region and local market.Develop and implement procedures, strategic SC roadmap, KPIs, tactical implementation plans, supplier management plans, risk mitigation.

Leading 2 sites, Cairo & Giza, managing & directing the MRP, MPS, export, local supply, inventory management, supply & demand, data base, packaging artwork designs, warehousing. Directing all the supply chain activities, End to End supply chain ( E2E), to ensure the achievements of the site’s objectives, optimize customer service, reduce stock levels and ensure the alignment with regional and global supply chain and markets.

-Managing a team of 79 persons. Managing the materials planning, production planning, import, export , warehousing and data base.- Defining and developing, procedures, long term visions and building SC strategies Designing the strategy of the ( 3PL ) 3rd Party Logistic. -Managing the sourcing & supplying strategies in line with other factories in the group and the central. -Initiating and leading Supply Chain projects & specially cost reduction projects.-Adapt methods & practices to fit the SC team and cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership. -Contribute to improve operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with our commitment to quality. -Implementation the LEAN manufacturing in our factory and applying it on major SC projects.-Successfully participated in SAP Go Live project, implementation for both MM / SD modules. -Managing in building and designing the SC organization and functions for our factory in Syria 2009/10

- Responsible of all the distribution process of our FP to 26 points of sale.- Defining, Analyzing, developing our actual distribution process and defining the gap analysis, developing the appropriate KPIs in order to optimize the process.

-- Managing the logistics work of our new office located at the Free Zone Area at Jebal Aly.- Responsible of setting contracts of supply chain management, WMS , stock control and freight with the forwarding agents and third parties -Managing the import, export, air, sea and inland freight transactions, logistics, procurement, preparation of documents, legalization freight, follow up, insurance, customs clearance and supplying CATERPILAR, IBM, COMPAQ, HP, MGE,3COM, MICROSOFT, ACER, Fujitsu SIMENS and DELL from UK, France, Holland, Dubai, USA China to DUBAI FREE ZONE AREA. Export from DUBAI FREE ZONE AREA to Iraq, Egypt, Russia, Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania

- Managing a staff of 4 persons and 2 custom clearance employees.-Managing the Sea & Air freight of all Export & Import Traffic, Freight, Customs Clearance, Container Bookings, Transportation & Insurance of the following companies: MERLIN GERIN, TELEMECANIQUE, RHONE POULENC & ZANUSSI (M.C.M.C).
