Prior to joining Mubadala in 2013, I have been heavily involved as a consultant (since 2008) in setting the Mubadala business plans and FP&A processes. I played a key role in developing the FP&A team and processes, experienced team transition, ran four full planning cycles, and assisted in system transition to Hyperion Planning. Current Role-A. Business Planning:- Formulate and communicate business plan guidance in line with leadership requirements- Prepare the 5 year corporate business plan- Challenge business plan submissions and identify potential business risks and opportunities - Process and stakeholder managementB. Management reporting:- Prepare monthly analysis that tracks key business performance against budgetC. Other:- Perform thorough portfolio & scenario analysis of Mubadala assets and provide insights for better informed business decisions- Monitor potential impact of business plan and major business decisions on S&P credit rating- Develop and measure performance scorecards

Carried out and managed several assignments covering diverse areas for a host of sectors. below is sample of the main projects:- Reviewed financial model for an $800m transport project in Dubai. Exercise included detailed analytical review, consistency checks against term sheet and facilities’ agreements and communication with finance providers.- Developed working capital model for a class 1 transaction relating to the disposal of an asset owned by a Finnish manufacturing group which is listed in UK- Reviewed financial model (Buy-side) for multinational Investment Bank in London. Model was built for the purpose of acquisition of assets of a European gas pipeline company- Developed business models for an Abu Dhabi SWF comprising preparation of complex business models, implementation of financial reporting & analysis process and generation of financials for over 100 investments as well as consolidated management accounts- Options appraisal of scenarios for district cooling systems providing chilled water to a 45 km2 project for an Abu Dhabi urban planning body. project was in partnership with engineering consultants.- Conducted financial feasibility study for World bank financed hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia- Developed business plan for Abu Dhabi based real estate company specialized in overseas investments with more than 7 mega projects- Conducted valuation of 3 factories for major holding group in Abu Dhabi with an aggregate value of $550m- Conducted valuation for $25m top ranked securities trading company in UAE- Conducted valuation of an asset (£1.1bn) for impairment purpose for a world leading music production company in London, UK- Conducted Market & financial feasibility for 750 room five star business hotel and 250 room five star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi- Prepared an Information memorandum for private placement of a $165m power plant with potential branches in 21 countries in the MENA region
