Responsible for managing and developing the Business Commericals & Marketing strategy to achieve the holding's Objective & Goals with consistent growth.- Increasing holding client base for its F&B, Hospitality & Real estate subsidiaries.- Having an in-depth knowledge of the bussines products and its value proposition & to all subsidiaries related ( Realestate, Construction, Design, hospitality & F&B , networking & FM)- In charge of Doha Live project, a luxury lifestyle five stars hotel merged with a Community Upscale shopping Mall experience equipped with a boutique retail, Department stores, F&B, hypermarket, amenities, spa and a fitness club. The Scope involves leasing, creating the appropriate mix and approaching all investors to build up the related stakeholders. In addition to all pre-opening & post opening managerial ,tenancy & operational aspects. This is not limited to setting the price list per sqm, ROI simulations and project budget for opex/capex.- In charge of all prospecting & leasing opportunties and businesses related for Al Baker towers, a mix use of hotelier services, multibrand F&B concepts & leisure. Albaker towers, a pair of five stars high rise hotels operated by Sofitel & Novotel.- In charge of the holding's leasing opportunities & retail expansion after prospecting the elite occasion following the proper R&D & SWOT.- Responsible to guide & control the holding's marketing function for achieving a larger market share & awareness, positioning the group's subsidiaries on a stronger radius efficiency.- Setting up the holding's Budget, expense management with extensive follow up on its P&L

- Developing & managing effective relationships across tenants, mall management team, customers & cross-functional staff.- Responsible for ensuring all tenants are aligned & do comply with the policies & regulations defined in the Tenant Handbook. - Ensuring that Retail Tenant Adherence meets Governmental Regulatory Standards & Procedures- Liaison between the Tenants & the Mall Management Team through a retailer, strategic & upper managerial level.- Provide consultations to tenant’s on their business or operation’s needs- Evaluate & advice tenant on matters related to shop concept, standards, merchandise selling strategies & services- Collecting and analyzing tenant's sales data trends, opportunities & risks to identify areas of opportunities for the Mall- Monitor & analyze tenants’ mid to long term performances to ensure tenants’ performance meets Mall’s objectives- Action all areas of improvement based on the outcomes of performance metrics- Provide report performance metrics to the CEO that act as the direct line manager.- Regularly reviewing & if necessary, improving the operational systems & processes.- Working with the marketing team to implement & communicate mall & retailer campaigns & initiatives to tenants- Assist teams with the creation & execution of a detailed marketing plan to both potential & new tenants as well as existing tenants- Oversee & support event planning setups as needed. - Identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients & maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Following up on the new business opportunities & setting up required meetings. Business Development- Contacting potential prospected clients .- Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Researching organizations & individuals to find new opportunities.- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

-Manage & Control Beirut Souks Operational activities related to Parking management, Janitorial (housekeeping), Retails Services Events management & related hospitality. This is including all technical aspects as well that involve maintenances, fitouts supervision & refurbishments.-Following up on all MEP systems within the retailers, common area and entertainment complexes-Working on new developments & business progressions-Coaching & leading more than 40 team members-Follow up on all safety & security activities within the common areas & retail units to insure compliance with codes & norms.-Increasing retail productivity & operational efficiencies for larger related footfall.-Creating & following up on applying & maintaining procedures/ policies for tasks & duties implemented within the shopping center.-Standardizing quality assurance on all services provided by the landlord. -Preparing the souks/mall budget & relative charges in coordination with the accounting Department. -Maintaining relations with tenants on communications related to the Marketing activities.-Following up on Souks/mall marketing promotions through a set yearly calendar of events to preplan & control all possible or provisional logistics/site requirements.-Execution of promotional setups & supervising the logistics of the related events.-Following & monitoring to increase all means of footfall through a systematic & guided criteria report -Performing sales pitches for prospecting events that shall increase demands on advertising allocated spaces which generate higher revenue reports etc.-Conducting the necessary Staff performance evaluation that is reported monthly.- Coaching the Customer Service Staff at the front desk office ie information and call center desk.. -Performing various spot checking inspections for the overall sites & other particular areas to insure full housekeeping standards & quality management assurance is being applied.

- Responsible for regularly controlling, managing & coordinating phase two operational activities of the Beirut Souks. - Responsible to coordinate with related project retail tenants on daily requests & complaints. - Insuring that all the stated operations from cleaning, marketing, parking management & maintenance etc. run smoothly and efficiently;- Providing leadership, training, coordination with all needed parties from contractors to consultants to the company’s technical engineers and technicians - Handling the pre-opening and opening the phase sections, - Supervising subordinates and the over functions of the Facility. - controlling and creating the facility’s common &private area charges along wiht yearly budget and financial reports.This Sector operates:- Cinemas with the related complex facility & operations that compiles up to 14 theater, 3 levels concessions area & lounge serving.- A Food court & related services. - An entertainment center compiling Video Games providers with F&B sectors.- A fine dining restaurants with its related facility services (Parking, Service corridors & loading areas)

Responsible for regularly supporting the Beirut Souks Operation Manager; ensures Souks operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the Souks Functions. Assists in the Operations and Facilities Management of the Souks Essential Functions-Security, House Keeping, Services, Parking, Safety, Operations Management, and all aspects of tenant relation and Day to Day running & Control. Follows, insures promotes and monitors all operational Policies, Procedures and Forms implemented within the Souks’ functionsResearches new operational methods, techniques solutions and suggests them to the Beirut Souks Operations Manager
