1- Ensure timely completion of the works as per the contract drawings, specificationsand within the budget2- Budget monitoring and control in terms of material, manpower & equipment utilization3- Submit monthly report4- Replying all the Contractual correspondences with the client and sub-contractors5- Preparation of claims, liaison with Client/ Engineers/ Local Authorities6- Follow up of the Procurement process and in close coordination with the procurement department and the sub-contractors/ suppliers to ensure timely completion of material submittals and approvals.7- Site Management (Site organization, delegation of responsibilities among supervisory staff)8- Monitoring and controlling the sub-contractors' performances & resource management9- Monitoring of site progress (Decision/ consent regarding work progress as per contract)10- Attend site progress meetings & review monthly, weekly, daily reports11- Prepairing of monthly billing (Preparation & submission of monthly invoice, follow-up certification with Engineer and follow-up payments with Client)12- Following Engineering matters related to design drawings, submission & approval of shop drawings and ensure completion of works as per Construction Dwgs13- QA/ QC (Ensure implementation of all quality procedures in liaison with the quality representatives)14- Health & Safety (Ensure implementation of all safety procedures in liaison with the Safety Officer and implement corrective procedures to keep site with ZERO accident)

- Following up the construction work at site step by step.- Solving all the technical problems at site- Requesting and Following up the material needed at site - Coordinating work between civil and other depts. (electrical, mechanical, fire protection work, A/C etc…)- Controlling the manpower and machineries at site
