I led a team of engineers to execute consulting projects aimed at reducing downtime, improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), through lean manufacturing principles.As part of my role, I consistently provided data-driven recommendations for machine upgrades and cost reduction, leveraging insights from big data and analytics platforms. My expertise in filtering and analyzing vast sets of plant data allowed me to identify key improvement areas, and my recommendations resulted in enhanced quality and overall productivity.Additionally, I am passionate about artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications in manufacturing and design.
