- Software implementation- Develop strong relationships with clients - Providing consultancy based on our practical diverse experience and connections- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients needs and objectives- Develop new solutions with existing clients- Adding the Support role as mentioned below

- Provide software application training (H.I.S. / Financial Application) using a variety of delivery methods including on-site training.- Coordinate new Clients/Hospitals implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software taking into consideration the Hospital’s administration and medical operational workflow- Provide end-user application support via phone and email- Troubleshoot issues reported by customers and provide solutions- Facilitate problem-solving between the end user and development staff - Participate with development staff in testing new releases of the product - Develop a working relationship with Sales & Marketing staff to utilize product knowledge and Client relationships in support of sales efforts
