My role is to design, develop and implement the strategic plan for the company in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. I am responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long-term future of the company.Planning and Management .Financial Management .Sales & Business Development .Media, Public Relations & Event Management .Training & Personnel.

My duty was to play a key role in maximizing the sales and profitability of the writing instrument department. I worked closely with the commercial team to enhance the commercial performance and maintain excellent relations with key suppliers and ensure the implementation of action plans in accordance with the strategic direction of the General Manager.

I was responsible for setting up the division’s goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction for the short and long term. In addition, I was responsible for managing the human capital in my area, directly or through subordinate managers, ensuring excellence of commercial performance.

I was responsible for overseeing the operations of the assigned brands; supervising the entire chain of ordering, distribution and manufacturing. I was looking into the brand performance, represent the brand owner and links the management to the brand owner and the sales teams. I was also responsible for setting targets, ensuring the right standards are implemented across the manufacturing process keeping in line with the brands and manufacturers expectations.
