- Played a leading role at the forefront of the bank’s transformation by managing the overall change journey and assuming the Test Manager role in Oracle Core Banking implementation in Lebanon- Led the bank’s strategic projects implementation as part of Lebanon’s transformation program, covering Capital Markets, Trade Finance, CRM, BPM tools, Digital Space Banking and Call-Center with high quality and control over scope, time and budget- Took part in Bank Audi’s Egypt transformation program by leading several implementation projects and working closely with industry experts as well as multinational consultants managing the PMO- Participated in the vendor selection process, solutions appraisal exercises and joined third party negotiations- Drafted 2020-2021 IT strategy, working closely with senior management, to build a comprehensive plan in line with the Bank’s strategic goals amid regional and national economic unrest. - Led the three-year IT budget preparation, working with the Finance Department while focusing on improving the contract management and renewal process, revamping the billing and review cycle and planning the cash flow and expensing of all approved capital expenditures and operating expenses- Managed the IT landscape re-assessment with all internal business stakeholders, triggering services revamp and vendors change, for optimal cost reduction and scope review across the bank systems and applications

- Introduced innovation and ideation culture by setting the innovation strategy and building a flexible infrastructure to invoke both internal and external innovation while embracing change, social business and technology for the “Retail bank of the future”- Promoted a design-led innovation in product development, to move from a ‘product push’ approach to a customer-centric delivery model, while collaborating with the Delivery Channel Team, thereby improving customer experience- Assigned as an interim Project Manager in Odeabank (Bank Audi’s subsidiary bank in Turkey) to manage the design and implementation of two wealth management products, launching a gold trading account and setting up a new remote acquisition channel offering an innovative saving package- Engaged in the implementation and launch of “Novo” smart branch, an innovative banking experience embedded within a self-banking store

- Partook in Odeabank’s model bank setup, with a focus on the omni-channel e-banking implementation and retail banking positioning - Participated in the due diligence of various banks, by preparing synergy, integration and systems mapping analysis reports along with branch and FTE assessment studies- Contributed to designing and implementing a new branch operating model for Bank Audi Lebanon, to adapt a value-based segmentation strategy and achieve an efficient relationship manager allocation model, in collaboration with multinational consultants- Managed the loan origination and loan management platform architectural design and set-up across the bank’s entities for conventional loans and Islamic financing (Mourabaha)
