African Region Sales Consultant ( Yahsat / Everest /Afroies)  Yahsat: Commission based contract capped at $100K / year - Presently in negotiation for extension. Everest: Representing the company since 2019 - achieved sales of EGP 7 Million. Afroies: Representing the company since March 2023 -presently in negotiation for several civil work contracts.• Business development & sales leads prospects search (Hunter).• Sales pipeline follow-up and market intelligence.• Market research and new segment introduction for business assessment and study• P&L ownership for the company performance and sales objectives• Identifying strategic partners and clients that support company vision and direction; and building win-win partnerships that focus on our mutual future.• Following all running projects on the ground if possible (full account management) to resolve any issues that may affect company image and future cooperation.• Owner of all regulatory requirements for technical licenses.

• Market research and due diligence as preparation for the new HT launch in Madagascar.• Handles relationships with all vendors / subcontractors undertaking active & passive network and civil works. Regional Technical Manager• Manages all technical activities in the Western region of PNG; surveys including soil tests, site acquisitions, an Ericsson to Huawei swap project for 19 additional GF sites (towers 50,60,80,110, & 130M), ICT account management, leasing from OTML, all health & safety oversight / procedures, corrective maintenance etc.• Rolls-out all new civil and telecom installations; new sites towers, MW links and hybrid power solutions.• Handles relationships with all vendors / subcontractors undertaking active & passive network and civil works. Monitors quality and reports / escalates all incidents. Negotiates prices.• Provides technical support for contractors and training as required.• The project is currently in the construction phase

Managing Director• Joined as Head of Sales Africa covering Algeria, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Sudan and Tanzania. • Led analysis into the Moroccan market and subsequently opened a new branch in the country. Prepared a full business case covering market dynamics, budgets, CapEx, cash-flow etc. Successfully established the branch with support from Deloitte. Started business development and obtained first contract with Camusat for a site construction project.• In 2015 moved to Tanzania as MD. Projects included fiber installation for an ALU consortium in Tanzania, an LTE sites installation (120) for 4G operator Smile, a 3G equipment sites installation for 2G / 3G operator Tigo and an FO project for 60km (civil, trenching, laying cables, splicing).• In addition to the core telecoms activity also won a pure construction project for a private client; for a two story building worth $2m. Started construction in December 2015 and completed in 2017

O&M Consultant – Project Launch• Managed O&M activity (PM / CM) for four principal offices to fulfill agreed SLA with the clients (MTN & Orange) and ensure full implementation of 24/7 policy.• Led internal audit of O&M and established a new KPI system for performance monitoring.• Managed staff, projects, resources and vendor relationships to drive high-quality performance & results.

General Manager• Initially joined Mobiserve Pakistan as O&M Manager, before moving to Egypt in the same role. Then promoted to General Manager in Tunisia in 2009 until March 2012. Then moved to UAE.• Owns UAE country P&L, controls budgets and closely monitors financial performance. • Identified significant cost savings through the introduction of a robust monthly reporting system that quickly highlighted significant inefficiencies. Faced with very tough trading conditions in Dubai, led a 40% downsizing of the company. This was a difficult challenge but ultimately saved the UAE organization and further job losses.• Devised and established new policies & procedures to drive quality and successful operations.• Liaised directly with senior client management at du, Etisalat, Huawei, Orange and Orascom Telecom and supervised the implementation of all contracted activities.• Drove procurement savings of $7.2m.

EWSD O&M Consultant• Led a project to set up a EWSD switch (power node APS V15) with four RSU’s in remote sites via satellite transmission. Led and mentored a team of five. • Handled system training for the team; O&M principles, DB modifications, system backup and safeguarding.• Provided 24/7 on-call support for emergency cases and troubleshooting failures.

• Created processes, procedures and job descriptions for OMC staff.• Wrote daily reports for the Operations Director regarding network status and outages; causes, TRX’s and down-time.• Provided technical support for OMC staff to assist them in backup functionality, shift planning (24/7) and SW patching.

Technical Support Senior Engineer• Successfully executed the first phase of FW, HW modifications testing, testing patch releases from TAC3 and providing service information for operators. • Carried out EWSD APS testing and prepared ATMN for the client. Receive TAC1 fault report and tested for solution before escalation.
