Current• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.• Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.• Preparing annual, half-year and quarterly executive program… Show more • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services.• Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.• Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the establishment.• Preparing annual, half-year and quarterly executive program reports.• Ensuring the implementation of the program’s objectives in accordance with the vision and mission.• Supervising the implementation of the program’s strategic plans, regulations and policies and amending them when necessary.• Supervising the development of the annual budget for the program.• Developing the program’s strategic plans and annual operational plans and approving them by the Board of Directors.• Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.• Direct supervision of daily activity reports, development of action plans and strategic plans, as well as ensuring effective implementation of program objectives.• Developing the capabilities of the program and its infrastructure (policies and procedures, regulations, manuals, staff, legal matters, etc.).• Determining the technical requirements and finding opportunities to support, train and develop the human resources in the program.• Mobilizing additional resources as needed from local and international donors and investors and establishing an ongoing relationship with them.• Serve as the main point of contact for the Board of Directors, Central Bank, and the sponsors.
