- Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior electrical engineers and designers.- Project management: Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.- Design and analysis: Develop and analyze electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.- Code compliance: Ensure that all electrical designs comply with applicable codes and standards.- Client communication: Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and designers in the design and development of electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.- Develop and maintain electrical designs that meet all applicable codes and standards, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the International Building Code (IBC).- Perform electrical load calculations, voltage drop calculations, lighting power density calculations, and lighting illumination levels.- Prepare electrical drawings and specifications, including single-line diagrams, power distribution drawings, lighting plans, and fire alarm drawings.- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.- Conduct construction administration activities, including site visits, RFI responses, and punch list reviews.- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as architecture, mechanical, and plumbing, to ensure the successful integration of all systems.- Mentor and train junior engineers and designers.- Stay up-to-date on the latest electrical codes, standards, and technologies.

- Coordinate all activities within the engineering discipline stream for the project- Carry out detailed design, sizing and calculations and verify and check the design done by others - Ensure coordination with other disciplines is effective for each project.- Review, Check, and Approval of all engineering deliverables produced by the discipline stream.- Ensure appropriate engineering methods are applied by all within the project discipline stream- Ensure all documents and drawings are issued on time and site corrections are captured in as built.- Ensure all design engineering procedures are followed while doing the engineering- Provide guidance and advice to all within the project discipline stream- Develop methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of the discipline stream.- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) responsibilities

*Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.*Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. *Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.*Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.*Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.*Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.*Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.*Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.*Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.*Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site. *Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.*Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
