An accomplished marketing and customer experience leader with over 15 years of extensive experience in partnerships, tourism, hospitality and event management - with a core focus on driving strategic business initiatives and goals. My current role as Head of Partner Marketing requires me to lead the marketing strategy for Menulog’s suite of Brand Partners and rolling out the Last Mile Marketing Strategy with Menulog’s highly visible orange brand. After 17 months running strategic projects for Menulog, I brought my skills across to develop integrated marketing programs with some of the country’s largest brands, including KFC, McDonald’s, Hungry Jack’s, Domino’s , Guzman y Gomez, Oporto, Red Rooster, Mad Mex and Taco Bell. I’ve played a crucial role in cultivating relationships with key partners, as well as developing programs that set Menulog apart in a highly competitive category.Another key role at Menulog was to drive key elements of the brand’s infamous ‘Did Somebody Say’ activity with Snoop Dogg, Menulog’s rebrand to now iconic orange logo, its State of Origin partnership and the ‘Macca’s delivered Menulog style’ integrated campaign and lead a pricing strategy which resulted in a 30% growth in off-peak orders. During my 11 year tenure at Accor Plus I managed the Accor Plus rebrand which included strategy agency management, creative rollout and the end-to-end customer journey across Asia Pacific. Managed the RFP and build of the new Accor Plus responsive multi-lingual website and implemented the Accor Plus Digital strategy and transformation. Another key project was the development of all customer service processes for the new enterprise solution, Netsuite. This included creating all training modules, training Customer Service Consultants and Managers across the Asia Pacific, including face to face training in Australia, India, Indonesia and Thailand.
