- Did Commissioning for (Acid gas removal unit using MDEA amine, Sour liquid unitand Thiopaq unit for Sulphur recovery unit using biological treatment) start up,Troubleshooting and Normal operation.- Monitor and maintain all production operation in accordance with plant policies andproducers.- Change process operation to meet production plans.- Achieve normal operating conditions after start-up.- Report to shift supervisor and adjust as necessary during shift to produce productwithin specifications- Maintain plant conditions within safe operating and environmental limits.- Operation with standard operation procedures (SOPs) and safety environmentCommunicate with Head of section as necessary.

Egypt

Make a daily periodic check for all the conditions which control Ethylene plant.· Monitors operational reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, etc.) of operational facilities.· Prepare and review all work permits, job procedures and related safety documents.· Interacts with the HSE advisor to coordinate the application of HSE standards in all procedures.· Daily contact with towers , vessels , pipelines , rotary and static equipment , check and monitor (P , T , L , Q ) which keep all processes in safe side and high performance.· Work on operational and maintenance troubleshooting assisting facilities as needed.
