• Facilitated and organized bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with my 8 mentee students to assist with their progress academically, socially, and personally, ensuring that they meet their self-identified goals regularly • Brainstormed, planned and implemented ideas into events with my fellow 13 mentors, specifically monthly workshops for the mentees, ultimately improving the transition into college for the mentee students and increasing awareness of the SuccessConnects program across campus• Collaborated weekly with a Success Coach, another faculty member for SuccessConnects, creating resources such as excel spreadsheets and Google forms that help to organize the information and feedback from her mentees

• Collaborated with six fellow interns to complete, and later present to executives, a summer long project centered around both the creation of a yearlong media plan and building brand awareness for a fictitious autonomous vehicle• Researched consumer data using the Nielsen CCS Data platform to create a target profile for Canadian consumers, ultimately revealing more insight into how Carat’s client (General Motors) could best reach the key targets in Canada across varying media platforms • Oversaw and organized the formation of a recurring “Weekly Highlights” document for the Chevrolet team that allowed Carat’s client to see the media placement spots that Chevrolet advertising would have for that week

• Wrote 8 blog entries centering around the legal job market, how to prepare for it as a job seeker, and how to strive in the field, ultimately bringing more awareness to Reign's Legal Staffing Agency as well as educating an audience• Managed social media sites, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, by regularly posting and commenting on the sites, resulting in an increase of followers/friends/connections and more awareness of Reign's Legal Staffing Agency• Assisted in writing the content for the website, including tabs explaining what the agency does for clients and candidates, thus ensuring that viewers of the website found the website to be user-friendly and easy to understand• Researched 50 local legal firms in order to create a pool of firms that the staffing agency could form connections with, thus helping to improve research and development

• Welcomed and interacted with customers as they shopped, in order to ensure that a sale was made 75% of the time• Organized clothing in the store in order to uphold the atmosphere that Justice aspired to keep, while also making it easier for customers to find what they were looking for, thus improving the shopping experience for the customers• Performed tasks regarding the incoming stock individually, such as unpacking the boxes and folding or hanging the clothes twice as fast as expected, which resulted in the new merchandise being put on the floor earlier than usual, thus allowing for more sales
