Senior Operational Consultant
Current• Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management and execution.• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.• Configure software applications based on client specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.• Lead a team dedicated to ensuring client success, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while serving as the primary point of contact.• Conduct regular business meetings with clients, providing status updates, insights, performance analysis to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.• Analyze and optimize the client's standard operating procedures (SOP) and provide recommendations based on best practices in line with the software solution and project objectives.• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, address customer needs, coordinate implementations, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.• Assist the sales team in drafting the technical requirements of RFIs & RFPs and conduct Proof of Concept to demonstrate the viability of the software solution to the client as part of the pre-sales process.• Provide comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure effective utilization of the software.
