This model helps organizations to appreciate and respect the differences between members as well as to create synergy, despite of the differences. I have guided processes of management consulting and & development in many significant organizations using this model.Today I am teaching consultants and managers how to apply this model. My vision is to enable organizations and managers to improve collaboration and productivity in their organizations.
