- Worked on various backend services that support FutureAdvisor's direct-to-consumer and B2B2C automated investment management platform using Ruby on Rails- Maintained and built out onboarding and enrollment features- Worked in creating an email archive monitoring system with a 24 hour SLA- Performed various technical integrations with partners and third party vendors, including financial institutions, marketing automation platforms and email service providers- Built out capabilities of FutureAdvisor outbound communications via email- Built systems to allow financial advisors the tools to manage clients in diverse scenarios

- Implemented and supported integration of Braintree Payments service- Created dynamic XML feed to enable third parties (LinkedIn, Conagara, etc) to access approximately 25,000 volunteer opportunities posted on VolunteerMatch each day- Implemented Spring Framework to revamp entire volunteer opportunity posting process to allow our paid and free service to share functionality and code- Enforced OAuth protocol to enable LinkedIn login used with 65000+ users via the public VolunteerMatch site- Was held accountable to a specific workload in order to maintain a consistent output within each sprint (Agile)

- Led and developed project to create a JMX Viewer (similar to JConsole) within the product to invoke operations, set attributes, and browse through complex data types of MBeans within MBean servers- Created add-on to support JVM Heap Tracking for JRockit to expand to a larger user base- Configured, troubleshot, analyzed and solved bugs within the Java Agent in a contributed team effort to reduce total bug count from 1000+ to 200 within 6 months related to bytecode injection, JMS (Correlation), and JBoss Instrumentation

Used Java, Python, and Shell Script to create plugins, adapters, and REST tools to integrate AppDynamics main product with external ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, PagerDuty) in order to create partnerships and more interest from clients.

Wrote data entry system in Java against Oracle, SAP and IBM mainframe databases that reduced costs of weekly database modifications by 60%. Due to major change of core business function, presented to the Board of Directors to outline the process improvement

- Web development in ASP.NET, C#, and Microsoft SQL 2005 to replace a hand written inventory request system with an online automated system which decreased request time by 90%- Reduced execution time for multi-million result queries from over an hour to less than ten minutes through database redesign (foreign key constraints/primary key/normalization/indexes)

Developed new reports for the CMMS Maintenance system (used for scheduling/inventory control/resource management) using .NET framework (ASP, C#), and SQL (Oracle) in order to provide departments with weekly financial summaries
